By Nina The writer is an Esty seller himself; but from how and what he shares in the book, I can tell he was an Esty buyer before that. I like it the most that all the advices are very sincere and customer-oriented. I feel like reading what a buyer wants from the sellers. The book does not try to tell you to do whatever it takes to have your products sold, it advises you to build a stable and honest business. For those who are still unfamiliar with Esty, there is a chapter about its history and brief introduction. As for the main contents of the book, one can find detailed experiences on every little aspect of how to sell thing on Esty, one of the best marketplaces to trade vintage and handmade goods. It starts with how to open up a shop, how to choose what to sell thinking about the potential buyer, the usage of that product. After that, it guides you how to list the products with eye-catching picture, colorfully and honest descriptive words, how to make your products found in search engine with simple keywords. I enjoy the most when the book says to do the reputation with quality, customer orientation, on time delivery and being truthful. Anyone with crafty hands and is having extra handmade products should definitely try Esty, and to do so, this would be a great guidebook!

This book gives you the basics as well as some interesting marketing angles that would probably allow you to turn a decent profit on Etsy. Well written, easy to follow and very informative. Etsy is one of the ways I sell online and this book was a big help to me. It showed me so many creative ideas that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I definitely recommend this book!
